Hi, my name is Felicity. I have over 6 years of experience teaching Mindfulness with both adults and youth and have extensive experience running groups. I trained as a Life Skills coach at the YWCA and I have completed the Applied Mindfulness Program at the University of Toronto. I have attended retreats at Ontario Vipassana and have run retreats at the Dharma Centre of Canada. My experience includes running Mindfulness Meditation Programs in Corporate, Community, Social Agency and Volunteer settings.
